MFL HISTORY & OFFICERS
The MFL has actively maintained the highest standards and practices of sportsmanship and fair play set forth by our founders since 1976.
Our ongoing objective is to continue as an organization where youth athletes may have an organized platform so they may learn and compete in the game of football. We are very proud of our 40+ year history.
The MFL has two divisions; North & South. Each town has four playing levels defined by age: Mighty Mite, Pee Wee, Junior and Senior.
Northern Division
Elmwood Park
Hasbrouck Heights

New Milford
Saddle Brook

Southern Division

Each team in the MFL plays an eight game season, with the top four teams in each division advancing to the playoffs. The playoff format consists of quarter final and semi final contests, with each team vying for a spot in the coveted MFL Super Bowl.
The Mighty Mites have their own special end of season event. Each of the Mites teams play in "The Dan Gilmore Mighty Mite Day." CLICK HERE for more information on that special event.
Our website is designed to provide information and history for MFL Town Player Representatives, Coaches, Players and Fans. You may also visit any of our participating members websites by going to our MFL TEAMs PAGE.
